1. Account eligibility and responsibility

You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required where you live. If under 18, use HSM with your parent or guardian's permission and guidance. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and do not impersonate another person or church. Notify HSM of suspected unauthorized access. Registration uses your age confirmation, not identity-based age verification.

2. Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines across all features. Do not exploit children, threaten or harass others, commit fraud, misuse spiritual authority, distribute malware, evade restrictions, or access another member's information without authorization. Automated scraping of member information and bulk unsolicited messaging are prohibited. Do not use multiple accounts to bypass blocks or moderation.

3. Your content and permission to operate the service

You retain ownership of content you own. You grant HSM a nonexclusive permission to store, process, display and deliver your submitted content as needed to operate the features you use, respect selected audiences, and moderate safety. This permission does not authorize selling your content or cloning your voice. It ends when the content is deleted, except for retained copies needed for legal, safety or backup purposes.

4. Copyright, likeness and AI authenticity

Submit content only if you have the necessary rights or a valid permitted use. Attribution alone does not replace permission. Respect music, sermon, image and video rights and the consent of identifiable people. Do not deceptively impersonate anyone with AI images, video or voice. For a copyright complaint, identify the work, disputed content, your authority and contact information by email; HSM may request further information.

5. Church communities, donations and endorsements

Church administrators must be authorized to represent their church and use member information only for legitimate community administration. Registration is not verification or endorsement of a church's credentials or teaching. Member fundraising must be truthful and follow the guidelines. HSM does not guarantee third-party fundraisers, financial returns or fulfillment of promises. Official HSM donations use the designated ministry donation channel.

6. Privacy, messages and calls

The Privacy Policy explains visibility, provider processing and retention. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. HSM does not record calls, but a participant may independently record; obtain consent before doing so. Blocking limits interactions through HSM but cannot prevent contact outside the service. Do not assume a church leader or ministry title grants access to private member information.

7. Moderation, restrictions and appeals

HSM may warn members, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts for violations or serious safety risks. Enforcement may be manual; these terms do not promise automatic detection or continuous monitoring. Severe violations may result in immediate action. Where practical and safe, HSM will explain the reason. Email an appeal with the decision details; good-faith reporting and appeals must not cause retaliation.

8. Educational purpose and availability

HSM supports Christian study and fellowship. AI responses may contain errors; verify Scripture, quotations and sources. Member posts are not automatically HSM teaching. HSM does not replace licensed medical, legal or financial professionals or emergency services. Features may be unavailable, changed or interrupted. Do not rely on HSM as the sole storage location for important material.

9. Leaving HSM and changes to these terms

You may stop using HSM at any time. Request account or data deletion by email; retention exceptions and copies held by recipients are explained in the Privacy Policy. Updated terms carry a revised effective date and significant changes will be highlighted. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.
